Win Some Lego

Would you like to win some lego? Well do I have some news for you! Lego have kindly donated 2 Lego go-kart kits to Tech Wired. One is for me to of course keep and review and the other is for you to win! So how do you win? Leave a comment below and tell us why Lego rocks the socks. We’ll choose the most creative answer and announce the winner on Monday.
*Please note the Morning Fresh dishwashing liquid is not included.

I want the lego to see if as an adult I lose as much pieces of it as I did as a child.
Lego rocks because you can create awesome things like a paper launcher if you have the correct pieces, or even a ping pong ball launcher, now that would be awesome to make.
Lego rocks because as a child I would use it to get my older brother into trouble and seriouly piss him off. He would say I bit him or slapped him or even punched him in the face which I assure you was not true (really!), so I would get him back by sneaking into his room and mess up his neatly packed Lego so he would a/ get in trouble for not putting away his toys properly, and b/ freak out because his neatly packed Legos were no longer colour and shape sorted. Nothing like watching some with serious OCD freak out over Lego. /happy sigh.
rocketcar day 11 is fast approaching. this go-kart will go even faster when stuffed with a C size chemical rocket
So I can take over the world. I’m only 10 so I’m starting small.
We can use it with our lego robot and I can program it (to do cute things). *Miranda is 9 and really wants a Pleo… or Cadie
Lego rocks because without it work desk catapults and catapult ranges just would not be so easy or so fun to set up. Nothing like a mini-fig target range!
Lego: The building blocks of childhood
Lego go-karts rock because they are made for fun, and we all know that fun equals dirt and mud. Which is why Morning Fresh is the best to clean the plastic bits with.
A Lego Go-Kart would rock my socks because I was never allowed to play with it when I was younger due to the fact that it kept getting stuck in my nose
Lego men heads were the perfect size too!
I made a serious mistake by giving my 5 year old (Danny) a playstation for his last birthday… arrghhh…. he was seriously addicted… until I introduced lego at Christmas! Now he doesn’t even ‘think’ about his play station… Lego seriously Rocks!!! He loves it!!! Trouble is… he doesn’t like to dismantle anything that he makes – my house is decorated ‘everywhere’ with lego… but he’s running out of pieces. And his 6th birthday is this Wednesday 8th April – He would totally freak out over this go-kart kit (and so would his daddy)… and it would make a lovely (and functional) decoration for whatever lego free surface I can find!?
Lego rocks because i know Conroy isn’t going to take it away.
Red, black green and blue,
Lego rocks, you know it’s true.
All types of Lego are really great
But a Lego go-kart, that takes the cake.
This Lego go-kart has a real steering wheel
And when you think about it, that’s a big deal.
Nearly as amazing as nuclear fission
This go-kart even has a working piston.
It’s been a long time since I was a boy
But I certainly remember my favourite toy.
Playing with Lego was when I had the most fun,
Making houses, cars and even a penguin.
My two year old son has no lego yet
starting off with a go-kart would be the best bet.
He’s a quick lad with lots of gumption,
It wont be long before he has an enormous collection.
Lego always bring out my creative best,
I wish I had enough to fill a war chest.
But poetry really isn’t where I shine
Which I’m sure you’ve gathered by reading this rhyme.
But, hopefully this poem catches Ben Grubb’s eyes
‘Cause if that happens I’m sure to win the prize.
I have a big, bright red pair of socks
Which has nothing to do with the fact that LEGO ROCKS!
I think lego rocks my socks, because it is very creative and can fill your mind with all sorts of different and experimental ideas, for example if you wanted to make a car for instance, maybe you could be more creative and build a car that has never been made before! to maybe extend your mind you can also think of building a great city or a huge building that is about 6 stories tall!!!
I also think lego is very creative and clever because it inspires you inside and gives you confedence to build something big and amazing! or something very small and thats very interesting. So I think that lego is very cool because it is inspiring for all kids on any age and it is very creative and ecxellent to play with and build objects with. And thats why lego rocks my socks off my feet!!!
Kind regards Lara Alexander.
Lego rocks the socks, its vintage and fun, just like mum, according to my son! I loved it growing up and so does he, just discovering how much fun it could be creating things out of blocks thats why Lego rocks the socks!
