You're 100% on the mark with this one. My spiel EVERY DAY at work: "NO it doesn't do MMS... or SIM contacts... yes, that is only a 2MP camera..." Then I show them Cro-Mag Rally and they STFU. Damn straight. In regards to the legal situations above? There should be a common-sense filtering system for these sorts of cases.
