   I am SO sick of people bitching about anything and everything to do with the iPhone. You’re 100% on the mark with this one.

   My spiel EVERY DAY at work:
   “NO it doesn’t do MMS… or SIM contacts… yes, that is only a 2MP camera…”
   Then I show them Cro-Mag Rally and they STFU.

   Damn straight.

   In regards to the legal situations above?
   There should be a common-sense filtering system for these sorts of cases. SO ridiculous.
