TODAY, in a unforeseen move, Apple have announced that they are dumping the iPhone SDK NDA….

We have decided to drop the non-disclosure agreement (NDA) for released iPhone software.

This can only mean that pressures that have been caused by Developers and the Press, have mounted themselves to such a level that Apple have finally decided that the NDA is more hassle than it is worth.
