The Latest StartUp From Australia - www.ut.ag

I dare you all to go and check out one of the best 24 hour StartUps from StartUp Camp Oz:
Utag is just one of three web based StartUps that were created in the smallest amount of time I have ever seen, just 24 hours.
What is the premise behind it you may ask?
Utag rewards people for the value they pass to their online social networks.
Instead of being punished for pointing readers at interesting external sites, uTaggers can now share in the rewards.
This could potentially be one of the ways Twitter could be monetized, with consumers taking a cut.
Here is the pitch of Utag:
The pitch began today @ 10PM AEST, Live on Ustream, and will be presented to Venture Capitalists tomorrow @ 10am AEST, (also live) with some attending the actual location in Sydney.
The two other start ups were:
A free website delivering up to the minute RTA traffic alerts for NSW drivers of which you can receive warnings about your commute before you leave home and see what’s happening on the roads right now.
And
What’s got Twitter’s attention right now? Which sites are your friends talking about?
i did an Interview with Nick Hac, one of the founder of ut.ag of which will be in the latest Tech Wired Australia Podcast, so subscribe up!
